- Bringing together LGBT undergraduates and Allies who share an interest in science and technology to foster a diverse professional and social community among them.
- Facilitating networking opportunities with diversity recruiters from science and technology firms, providing LGBT undergraduates with resources regarding issues that may concern them.
- Creating awareness among the Engineers and Scientists about the LGBT community, in order to promote positive social change.
